I stopped watching this gory show after the 3rd episode. Answers were slow -if at all- in coming. Torn human bodies everywhere.

The same response from me to "No Ordinary Family". 2/3 the way through episode 3 I just turned off the set -and never tuned in again.

Thatīs a bad habit, I dare say. You really missed an awesome finale in "No Ordinary Family". Maybe you should be a little bit more patient, but on the other hand itīs just not your taste of a good serie. I for my part loved (and still do) both of them, exactly because itīs so "slow". Itīs the time it needs to build such an amazing story (Iīm talking now about "Heroes"; the story is really incredible complex).
But I agree that the serie is pretty gory, the only thing I donīt like at it. I donīt want to see their brains and rips everytime theyīre a little hurt... But because itīs such a good show, Iīll look over it and enjoy the rest!

Again, addled thoughts...
I found the stories on this parallel universe so abrasive I just stopped and never went back.

There's ANOTHER show I gave up on 3 times, and the 3rd time I never came back from. It was just -abrasive and corrosive. Trying to remember names.

A man whose father was very eccentric, and a boy from a parallel universe. Paranormal phenomena . A cow in the lab. Experiments with crossing a dimensional barrier....
At first, stories were random scifi phenomena and pseudo-science .... the Pattern, the eccentric man called them. Then the series got going on the parallel universe....

DevArt has no option of editing a posted comment. Incidents in "Bones" :
1 - Corpses release strange things -like snakes, rats.
2 - A corpse, long gone in decay, sat up as it was put in a catscan !
3 - Bones glowed, started turning into foam, ...
4 - Conjoined twins in a grave.

I much prefer "Bones" whose characters are deeply realized. Gore and/or decay, yes, but the victims are oft found in bizarre situations and found oft by some goof-off who should not have been there; instant karma. Writers sometimes contrive a situation to get the gore (guy shot by a sniper, and not discovered until the feral cats have had meals...).

Usually the season has a super-villain (the last one lasted at least 2 seasons and there were redumbrations afterwards, leading to a strident cliffhanger !

I no longer recall how I got involved, unlike Rissota & Isles or other crime dramas (there was an episode where a house was full of booby traps)

Amazing! They seem pics taken on the set! And I love the colour gray you used: it's sad and shows the seriousness of the situation.
Great job!
