Damn Cat, your artwork is so phenomenal. Like I could actually see this version on my TV, because you create such a great visual!!

And to be honest, I actually kind of really like the design. It looks very classic, yet in a modern Smallville-y way. Plus I love how he has the white lenses over his eyes.

That is one of the ugliest Batman designs I've ever seen, it's like those lame fan art redesigns. I really hope you didn't come up with it because you're better than that.
